Given that our functional art collections are entirely hand-sculpted and customized on a Made-to-Order commission basis:

• Artistic Revocation: The patron retains the right to revoke or amend design specifications within a strict 72-hour window following the initial retainer deposit, prior to the structural preparation of the natural clays and master molds.
• Standard Inventory Returns: For non-customized, ready-to-acquire showroom pieces, returns or exchanges are honored within 7 days of delivery, provided the pieces are immaculate within their original sartorial packaging. The patron bears the cost of ultrasonic micro-crack inspection upon re-entry.
• Bespoke & Monogrammed Commissions: Collections featuring custom dimensions, proprietary glaze chemical adaptations, or engraved/monogrammed institutional branding are completely non-returnable and non-refundable, save for verified structural defects impeding food safety compliance.

By executing the “Confirm Commission & Authorize Payment” mandate, the patron legally assents to the following technical and artistic statutes:

1. The Nomenclature of Handcraft: The patron acknowledges and embraces the inherent variations of fine ceramic art. Minor fluctuations in color gradient, density of volcanic micro-spotting, or the asymmetry of the stoneware edges are not recognized as manufacturing defects; they are the celebrated hallmarks of Wabi-Sabi aesthetics and unique artistic provenance.
2. The Alchemical Timeline: For made-to-order commissions, the production cycle—encompassing structural shaping, double-vitrification firing, and rigorous stress testing—requires an artisanal window of 4 to 6 weeks. Any delays arising from atmospheric kiln conditioning will be preemptively communicated.
3. Institutional Payment Terms: Commercial contracts mandate a 50% retainer deposit to initiate the production cycle, with the remaining 50% balance fully settled prior to white-glove dispatch or upon immediate site delivery.

Fine Art Shipping, Handling & Transit Damage Policy

We retain absolute, unyielding liability for the structural integrity of your pieces until they are officially transferred to your custody:

• Transit Liability: Any structural fracturing, hairline micro-cracking, or aesthetic damage sustained during transit is fully indemnified by our studio.
• Inspection Protocol: For standard secure freight deliveries, the patron must inspect the contents and submit high-definition photographic documentation of any transit anomalies within a strict 24-hour window from the stamped timestamp of delivery.
• Expedited Restitution: Upon validation of a transit anomaly, we pledge to prioritize the immediate re-sculpting and complimentary express shipping of the affected pieces within 10 business days, or render a direct financial refund for the damaged assets, according to the patron’s preference.
